Quilt Challenge:

This year marks the 30th anniversary of the Fulton County Quilt Club.  In commemoration of this anniversary, create a hand-quilted wall hanging that ranges in size from 24" by 24" to 36" by 36".  In this wall hanging use any fabrics, colors, blocks, applique, embroidery, images, embellishments, and quilting motifs that represent the mission of the club and what membership in the club means to you.

Submitted quilts must include a short written description (either separate or as part of the quilt) explaining the quilt element choices you have made.  The submitted quilts will be judged by the challenge team based on overall quality and how well the quilter's feelings have been captured in the finished quilt.

The winning wall hanging will be displayed at all public FCQC events this year, and the winning quilter will receive a quilt-related gift.

To participate in this challenge, submit your wall hanging at the FCQC show in October.  All submitted entries will be displayed at the show along with their written descriptions.
